The sadness of the present days
Is locked and set in time,
And meaning to the future
Is a slow and painful climb.
But all the feelings that are now
So vivid and so real
Can't hold their fresh intensity
As time begins to heal.
No wound so deep will ever go
Entirely away;
Yet every hurt becomes
A little less from day to day.
Nothing can erase the painful
Imprints on your mind;
But there are softer memories
That time will let you find.
Though your heart won't let the sadness
Simply slide away,
The echoes will diminish

MAGGIE & MARY
God Gave us two wonderful Women, Your Maggie an Mary. While I was going through the hardest thing of my life, those two women were there for me, loving and supporting. Not just me, but my son Chris. Maggie was there every day during the two Court Trials, she heard things nobody should ever need to hear.She saw things nobody should ever have to see, pictures of my dead son injured and dead. I didn't even see that, as my eyes would not look. Knowing Chris was dead was more than enough for me. She and Mary dealt with it all, giving me the love and support I got from nowhere else. No "family" no "friends". They were the only people there to support and represent the fact Chris was brutally murdered, and I thank them most sincerely for that. I've said it before and will say it again, Maggie YOU ARE AN ANGEL AND I LOVE YOU. XXX
